Once you have placed an order, we will take care of all the delivery details and do our utmost to ensure you are happy. For clients in the London area, we can offer a private viewing service by appointment. This service is also available within the US in the Tennessee region.
PRICES
Prices in the GALLERY are quoted in Pounds Sterling and American Dollars. Prices in other currencies are available on request.
All prices and sizes include the frame, if applicable.
DELIVERY
We offer a worldwide delivery service.
Delivery charges are calculated at 10% of the purchase price and include packing and insurance. In the London area, all orders are delivered free of charge.
Goods are sent via a reputable worldwide express shipping company and normally take between 3 to 7 working days to be delivered depending on destination and local customs procedures. You will be issued with a unique tracking number to enable you to determine the progress of your consignment.
All items will be insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery.
Original works of art are currently exempt from duty in many countries including the US. It should be noted however that in certain countries, purchases may be subject to duty. Any duties levied are the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, JCB, Delta, Switch and Solo, as well as all other standard methods of payment. Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. Payments in other currencies can normally be accepted by arrangement. Settlement can also be made via PayPal.
All remittances should be made payable to Sharon Gee.
Special payment options can be arranged on request.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply inform us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange immediate return delivery.
Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund you with the full price paid (including any delivery charges) on receipt of the goods.
The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
